After two decades in the restaurant business—and more than ten years as a manager—I decided it was time for a change. I'm now dedicating myself to one of my passions: working out and helping others feel their best. My fitness journey started young, back when I played rugby in Argentina. I've been a gym addict ever since!
I've had my share of ups and downs with my own fitness, so I get it. Staying in shape takes serious commitment, and it's not just about what you do at the gym, it's about what you eat. That's why I'm so passionate about helping people improve their lives, not just how they look. At 58, I specialize in training people my age and older, focusing on quality of life, not just aesthetics. We'll work on everything from your balance and strength to your energy levels, and even help with nagging back pain. The bonus? You'll improve the way you look.
